Color Spot Nurseries is seeking an experienced Propagation Manager at the San Antonio, TX location, to oversee all aspects of the propagation process ,specifically in woody ornamentals, tropicals, perennials, and soft cutting color items.

- A proven track record of successful hands on management of a propagation department supporting a high volume Ornamental and Tropical operation is a must.

- Qualified candidates must be process driven, self motivated, develop and work as part of a team, possess strong management, organizational, and communication skills.

- Candidates must have at least five years of propagation management or related production experience with a proven ability to execute and supervise a propagation production plan. A degree in Horticulture is helpful.
